Dear Translation Company, My name is Maialen Iriso. I would like to offer my services as a freelance translator. I finished my studies in the year 2013; majoring in humanistic EN-ES translation and since then I have been translating part-time, at the beginning as a volunteer translator for different NGOs. In the year, 2015 TLS Bureau contacted me and I have been collaborating with them since then. In the year 2017, I made a small course, 60 hours, about literary translation. This past July I officially register as a freelance translator and I have been translating since then into Basque, sometimes from Spanish and other times from English. I would like to point out that I am also able to translate from Catalan. I am a part-time translator and I can normally translate 1000 words per week day. In order to do my work properly, I use SDL Trados 2007 (my favourite) and 2017. My minimum translation fee is €0.06/word and I accept payments via bank account transfer or PayPal.
