Design work included engineering HVAC and plumbing systems to satisfy client needs within industry design standards pertaining to the international mechanical (IMC), plumbing (IPC), and building codes (IBC). Industry design experiences were primarily based out of the aviation and industrial manufacturing facilities. Analysis work included running computerized models of heating and cooling loads for conditioned/unconditioned spaces using Trace 700. Sizing methods were adopted through IPC and UPC for plumbing and mechanical systems for domestic hot and cold water, compressed air, heating, and chilled water systems. Drafting techniques were developed through Revit 2019 and AutoCad 2018 software to allow for coordination of design intentions with other collaborating disciplines.
