I am a Finance professional with 3 decades of experience in a Multinational - Syngenta (world leading Agri-Business Company). During my tenure at Syngenta, I performed various roles starting from "Assistant Manager PIC (Planning, Information & Control)" to senior most position of "Finance Business Partner" as a member of CLT (country leadership team). I got opportunities to assume higher responsibilities and working with senior team members within Country, Territory, Regional and Global Leaders. Gained knowledge and experience from basic accounting to business support Finance through local and international trainings, workshops and meetings. I was instrumental in business decision support, preparation of short to long term strategies, financial planning/budgeting/forecasting, assessment of business cases, product pricing & costing, credit management, performance management & control, financial reporting, etc. I enjoyed a great interpersonal relationship with other Functional Heads within Country and colleagues in Territory, Region and Global Head Offices.
