? Monitoring and troubleshooting server issues as well as roll outs, upgrades and deployment of software applications and patches.
? An effective communicator with excellent social skills that can build and maintain relation across and beyond organization.
? Management Point troubleshooting skills.
? Hand-ON Experience on MDT 2013.
? Experience in working with SCCM Site Maintenance tasks.
? Client discovery/agent installation.
? Experience in updating systems using the Software Updates feature in SCCM.
? Operating System Deployment (OSD) experience.
? Device Management Experience.
? Software metering.
? Extensive experience with Package Creation & Advertising
