Role and Responsibility: As IBP Supply Lead Consultant: Conducted Client meetings on requirement gathering, design demos and correction to the developed configuration. Creation of New objects and filling gaps in the process related to supply. In parallel worked on Creating Test Scenarios and test cases. Create Test cases for users and participated in End user session for process walk throughs. Worked on building configuration and provide demo to client. Validating results in both Development and Quality system. Created End user Manual. Following Agile Methodology. Daily update to Scrum master and participate in bi weekly iteration calls. As Global Available to Promise Senior Consultant: Global Available to Promise Lead of 6 FTE’s using SCM-GATP. Design, configuration, testing, training delivery and deployment of GATP Customer Allocations Check, Check Material Availability, Product and Location Substitution, Integration with ECC and other Business Systems, Order Prioritization, Back Order Processing and Order Due Lists. Also served as Change Management Lead. Functional Lead of Demand Planning and Execution - Planning workstream. lead of three tracks within this workstream: Sales & Operations Planning using SAP S&OP on Hana, Demand Planning using APO-DP, and Supply Planning using APO-SNP. Other SAP APO Roles and Responsibilities handled: • Responsible for Maintaining Planning areas, Master planning objects structures. • Configured the Master Planning Object structure, Defined holidays in Factory calendar, Time stream ID, Storage bucket profile and Planning Area respectively on the lines of the business requirement. • Defined Planning books and data views for the Demand Planner for the purpose of entering their market intelligence inputs to be considered while calculating the final demand plan. • Defined macros in the Planning Books to accommodate specific business logics. • Interacting with SAP, applying SAP NOTES and performed testing in development and Quality systems. • As part of pre go-live activities created process chains for scheduling and executing the background jobs.
