Digital illustrations based on described concepts or high-quality photographs. I usually start with a picture and treat it with different digital techniques. If needed, I used mixed media (digital + hand painting). Usually, I get a very specific description about the characteristics that the scientists want to have highlighted in the illustrations and I also try to choose the best technique for every work.
