-Support in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and networking concepts. -Command in using Microsoft base application such as Office, Exchange, CRM.  Teamed up with colleagues to perform IT systems support functions.  Provide end-to-end and remote support to printers, desktops, servers, application.  Perform daily IT support towards IT Department’s operation.  Configuring in setting up computers.  Manage Microsoft domain environment.  Maintain firewall & network switches configuration.  Experience in setting up LAN/WAN networking infrastructure.  Answer and handle user’s inquiries and complaints.  Compile operation reports as required.
