I have spent the previous 20 years in the logistics industry, in both warehouse and transportation capacities. The most recent decade I've spent in produce, with driver and fleet management being my focus. I've had as many as 50 drivers, and 100 pieces of equipment under my responsibility. I've also spent time behind the wheel on region runs, and spent time dispatching. I am now looking to focus my energy to something that doesn't keep me away from home, have me on my knees throwing chains in the snow, or wake my family up at night with broken down truck calls. In my time before trucking I spent plenty of time working in retail stores, and customer service call centers. I've experienced a large variety of viewpoints in my life, from minimum wage warehouse workers, to six figure earners that live behind the wheel, to business owners that own multi-million dollar mansions without a mortgage. These encounters and friendships have brought me to a place of always looking for the details and nuances of all possible sides in any situation or debate. I have 7 years of private music lessons including theory while still in school, three bands through the years with a half dozen albums in studio, and one music video. Years ago, I could play about 10 different instruments, these days it's the keys and bass guitar.
