- Have experience of 12 years in Strategy/Management Consulting/Transactions in Infrastructure sector such as power, road, port, airport, real estate, urban infrastructure, etc in India, Africa and Middle East market. o A strategy professional with cross-functional expertise in management consulting, project advisory, strategy, corporate planning, business development, transaction advisory, Infrastructure project finance, project credit & risk appraisal, project management etc; o Sector: Power, Transportation, Energy, Cement, Agriculture, Commercial & Urban infrastructure etc under public private partnership and turnkey or unsolicited; - Strong relationships Projects’ Sponsors, Concessionaires, Multilateral Financial Institutions across Africa, Europe, US etc and with fund houses. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills - Good Communication and Presentation skills and Report Writing capabilities - Client management abilities - Identifying client issues, in proposing strategic solutions to the client, developing proposals and in delivering consulting engagements - Good understanding of Technical & Financial Concepts (Profit & Loss, Balance sheets, Cash Flows), Knowledge of Financial Modeling & Transaction structuring - Proficiency in project development activities such as feasibility, business plan, proposal evaluation etc, project management and evaluation techniques - Well versed in sector/ sub sector and have independent view on likely future developments
