participating in review meetings for tracking project progress.
• Liaising with external agencies & clients on technical specifications &approvals for
execution.
Maintenance
• Competent for doing Breakdown, preventive & corrective maintenance of Plastic
Injection molding, Blow molding, compression molding machines.
• Planning & effecting preventive maintenance schedules of network elements to increase
Network up time & equipment reliability.
• Expertise in mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic & electrical maintenance of
machines & equipment.
• Maintenance of LPG storage Plant, safety training & audit.
• Maintenance of Fire Hydrant system.
• Maintenance of Gas Fired Boiler, Cooling Tower, Water softening
Plant, E.O.T crane, LPG storage plant, Compressor , Chiller .
• Maintenance of Electrical control panels , Distribution Panels, LT Panel.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to
achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and to increase operational profit.
Operation
- Develop, design, and setup injection molding processes, systems, work stations, and automation equipment.
- Develop and improve the molding processes to increase yields or reduce costs.
- Constantly maintain safety precautions and procedures and maintain a safe and orderly work area.
- Support efforts of the company such as continuous improvement teams, training, and production floor support.
- Perform capacity analysis and cycle time studies.
