I develop instructional materials for various delivery methodologies (computer-based, interactive, Instructor-Led Training, written job aids, simulations, virtual classroom delivery) and worked closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure aspects of policies, procedures, systems, or skills requiring instruction are correctly followed and implemented throughout the curriculum.
