Drive, tenacity, creativity, and a results-oriented attitude are vital elements to deliver to an excellent learning experience. As an instructional designer, I use my communication skills to collaborate with co-workers, management, and other centers of influence to support participant scholarship through learning design and the use of technology. I have a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and a B.B.A.in General Business from Texas Tech University. My eight years of work experience in learning & development is a combination of teaching in public education, training, and instructional design. My ability to design and develop content range from creating job aids, professional development workshops, facilitator/participation guides, in-person training and web based learning. In addition, my expertise in e-authoring tools and communication skills enable me to teach complex topics in an easy to understand manner.
