In addition to Engineering Services, Gayatri Consultant (Engineering Division) have a tie up with PLC integrator to propose the complete automation system as per the client's requirements.
FEED / Detail Engineering:
Preparation of instrument index, instrument DCS/PLC (ESD) Input / Output list.
- Preparation of specification of Control system (DCS / Foundation Fieldbus/PLC) as per client’s requirement.
- Preparation of specifications & datasheets for various Field Instruments like Control valves, ESD Valves, MOVs, transmitters (Pressure & Differential Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level), flow elements (Orifice plate, Venturi Flow element), special flow meters, F&G related Sensors, local instruments etc.
- Control Valve selection & Sizing
- Instrument Sizing calculation / verification
- Preparation of FUNCTIONAL LOGIC DIAGRAMS based on Process interlock write up
- Interdisciplinary discussion
- Preparation of instrumentation location layout drawings
- Preparation of instrument loop drawings
- Preparation of instrument hook-up drawings
- Preparation of instrument JB termination
- Preparation of instrument cable Tray routing / Cable schedule
- Preparation of control room layout drawings
- Preparation of graphics required for Control system
- Preparation of Bill of Material
- Inspection assistance during FAT as per standard procedure.
- Supervision during erection and commissioning.
- Preparation of cost estimates and man-hour estimates.
- As –Built as per site mark-up / as per Company standards
- Manpower supply (Engineers, Designers)
Wellhead Engineering:
Preparation of Data sheets of Instruments related to High Press Gas wells / Oil wells, water wells – Hydraulically operated Valves, Well Head Control Panel (WHCP)
- RTU / well mounted system wiring diagram
- Engineering related to Cluster of Wells
- Preparation of instrument cable trench drawings
- Preparation of Hydraulic hook-up drawings
Procurement Assistance:
Vendor offer evaluation and preparation of TBA (Technical Bid Analysis) for Control systems, Field Instruments, Well head related Instruments / Control systems / WHCP
- Vendor Drawing review (VDR)
- Review of various mechanical packages such as HV Pumps/Motors, Compressors, Chemical Injection skid, metering skid, ETC.
