Working at the Largest Industrial Estate of Province Khyber Pakhtunkhwa i.e., Hattar Industrial Estate and Hattar Special Economic Zone (HIE & HSEZ) for furtherance of rapid industrialization in the province as per industrial policy of the provincial government. Assisting Estate Management and project directors / managers of the HIE & HSEZ regarding estate management practices that comply with laws, acts, rules, regulations procedures and Board decision. Performing assignment as handed over from HO by the Head of Internal Audit. Communicating audit concerns to the estate management with recommendations where required for appropriate remedial action or for further and future compliance. Attending Audit and Risk Committee meetings in order to represent and present HIE& HSEZ on unresolved audit matters to the worthy committee members for their consideration and resolution. and compliance matters of the estate, report unresolved discrepancies and irregularities found to the Committee of the Board for further necessary action in an independent and objective manner. Financial Pre-Audit: Pre Auditing all financial expenses of HIE & HSEZ including but not limited to: • Defunct Sarhad Development Authority (DSDA) employee claims (medical, TA/DA etc) as per their service rules and as per their BoDs decisions under the more then 300 BoD meetings resolutions. • KPEZDMC employees claims (TA/DA & medical etc) as per applicable approved HR manual and procedures and notices. • DSDA operational expenses as per DSDA’s budgetary limits and heads of accounts for various activities at HIE. • KPEZDMC HSEZ’s & HIE’s operational expenses as per approved budgetary limits and budget heads for various operational activities and the special economic zone and the industrial estate. • Putting up audit noting on note sheets for consideration by the Estate Manager (EM) before approval is granted for particular requiring resolution of audit query. • Receiving responses to audit queries, assessing them independently and objectively and making responses as per rules for processing payments. • Legal expense of HSEZ and HIE cases as per approved criteria by the BoD of KPEZDMC/DSDA in various cases including legal and other fee. Advising the EM and the company’s legal section regarding controls in their processes for cost control and effectiveness. • Industrial Estate Management Committee (IEMC) HIE operational expenses and employees salaries etc. • Management Board (MB) HSEZ operational expenses. Quarterly Performance Audit: • Reviewing cases of industrial plots and affairs regarding Transfers, Changes in Name and Nature of Businesses, Addition/ deletion of Partners/Directors of a business and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issued to various industrial clients in light of business and commercial laws, DSDA BoD resolutions and KPEZDMC. • directives and to check whether or not the same has been followed while processing the aforementioned cases. • Recalculating various fees/char
