Adam S. Tracy is the founder and principal of Tracy Capital, a capital advisory and restructuring consulting firm. Mr. Tracy is a licensed attorney focusing in corporate, securities, tax and bankruptcy law. Mr. Tracy also holds his MBA and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. His vast work experience includes engagements with the United States Bankruptcy Trustee, Philip Morris USA, BP, Accenture, and in private law practice. Currently, Adam serves as Vice President/General Counsel for a nanotech start-up firm. His responsibilities include a myriad of securities law issues concerning capital formation, investor relations, and public offerings.
