Like most engineers, I am here for other artists. However I am different because of my more diverse understanding of sound, rather than playing with software. My experience of dissecting bebop jazz music, classical orchestrations as well as more the simple soundscaping tones we hear in contemporary music (i.e. ambient, meditative) gives me an edge over composers that just use their knowledge of music theory to drive their compositions. If you give me an idea, I will listen to my thoughts and premonition-like ideas before just playing with my instruments and writing sheet music. I may be well versed in music theory, but I use my ear and mind more than anything else. Despite my confidence I am perfectly humble and intuitive when my employers request me to rearrange or edit my compositions for them. I have almost always gotten it right the first time, but if the timing or the sound is off, even by a mile, I will shift these things without hesitation. Let us create some unique art together
