Establish Inventory Management for critical spare parts utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Work closely with stores and purchasing personnel to ensure that inventory levels are maintained to a minimum without compromising plant reliability or the effective completion of mechanical tasks.
I have the experience in different industries to plan inventories according to owner needs (spare parts, consumables, etc), deliveries to be just in time, maintenance cost as minimum as possible,
in order to keep company working capital maintained.
