Using financial statements, I built financial models to display the capital structure and valuation of various private companies and portfolios of companies held by Sequoia, KPCB, KKR, etc. Prepared valuations for individual private companies. Adhered to in-depth procedure documenting the PE manager selection process. Complete detailed due diligence on managers being considered, especially with regard to risk and oversight controls. Reviewed manager documents and work with Plan Counsel for contract review. Conducted ongoing oversight for the 40+ PE managers currently in our client portfolios. Prepared internal and clients reports.
