My professional experience includes analyzing, drafting and making recommendations on various contracts, entity formation, Trademark and Copyright. I deal with Business Law matters and also have extensive experience in corporate compliance. I consider myself to be extremely personable with strong leadership skills. I also consider myself to be a self-starter and extremely hardworking. One of my best assets is that I am highly adaptable to changing situations and have the ability to take on multiple roles. For the past two years, I have assisted a major corporation in undertaking one of the largest audit/review/compliance projects in its history. We recently successfully completed the project objective.
