I am a general IT support tech with over 10 years of full time experience with Microsoft Server management including Active Directory and Exchange management including managing over 200 employee accounts. I've provided ongoing IT Helpdesk support for over 150 desktops and laptops both onsite and remote support performing task such as OS configuration, software installation/configuration, virus removal, general troubleshoting,ect. I do have some experience with website development as well.
