I have personal and field experience configuring, troubleshooting and verifying configurations on Cisco Routers, Switches, Voice Gateways (VG224), and other equipment such as Adtran, Nortel, Juniper Networks, and etc. I have participated in different projects as a contractor from major IT companies such as Insight, Allied Digital, Vital and others. I have taken projects from Site Surveys to equipment installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades. As a team lead, I was responsible for managing up to ten technicians and communicating with project managers on status updates, and etc. Most projects consisted of migration from old systems to new and deployment of technologies such as Network/VoIP infrastructure, Servers, Computers for companies like Bank of America, Starbucks, McDonalds, Coast Dental, Internet Service Providers, other corporate branch office, and main headquarter locations. I have all the required tools, testers, and materials to complete the job effectively and according to industry standards.
