I’ve started my career in the retail sector where I supported retail users and implemented new technologies in the network and server infrastructure domain. I also applied policies and setup retail POS Systems and maintained these systems to ensure a secure and operational IT estate. I have experience in the network infrastructure monitoring domain where I monitored government networks for anomalies on the network and informed the infrastructure teams on possible issues. Here I’ve also worked and gained some experience with Cisco and RHEL. I have maintained and setup numerous cloud solutions like Office 365, Azure AD Setups, Virtual Private Servers, and Web-based applications. I have experience implementing and maintaining Windows Server 2019,2016 and 2012 where I've set up Group Policy, Active Directory, and Web Servers (IIS) I'm familiar with implementing VPN’s Client-to-Server and Site-to-Site VPN’s (OpenVPN, L2TP VPN). I worked with well known RMM tools to patch business endpoints and servers in a managed IT services environment. I also have experience in virtualized environments with technologies such as VMware ESXi and Hyper-V. I have experience implementing mail security, disaster recovery, and backup solutions for numerous companies. I started to venture into the IT security domain in 2018 where I’ve practiced and got certified to become an IT security professional. I’ve implemented IBM security products in enterprise companies with complicated IT environments – these tools assisted the enterprises with Software Distribution, Patch Management, Remote Control, OSD (Operating System Deployment) - Windows 10 Migration, IT Inventory and Compliance (Enforcement of Policies). I have project management and business skills gained from experience in his IT career and also hold various industry certifications.
