I have been working in different call centers/bpo companies here in the Philippines. I am proficient in using Microsoft applications. I am trained for the software and the applications I supported during my work. I previously worked as a claims processor for an healthcare provider based in the US. Also, I processed 401 k plans and investments for an insurance companies based in Canada but caters to US as well. Additionally, I have been working as Voice Technical support for the rest of the companies I joined in. I have worked in different schedules. I also mastered multi tasking as required by the job posts.
