• Remote technical support • ASP.NET MVC 5 web application functional testing • Gather test data, generate bugs/errors reports & distribute to technical team for solution • Work closely with different technical teams for solution, for example, performance and generate functional test reports, coordinate between software developers and infrastructure engineers for best solution • Daily and weekly monitor website speed and report issues to level 2 support • Support website visitors – attend website visitors‘ queries and reply emails • Web search and data collection - analyses collected data and generate report for senior management • Mail list management – execute daily & weekly newsletter campaigns to website users • PC desktop support • Desktop hardware and operating systems support • Install and configure Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 • Able to work independently as a team player • Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly • Good communication and presentation skills • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
