ITSM Servicenow Consultant • Business requirement gathering from customer for development of Service Requests. • Implementation and Operational support of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Request Management(Service-Catalog), Workflows, SLA's, Reporting etc. • Core configuration and customization of different Modules using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions based on requirements. • Create and Managing Workflow activities, Data, Notifications and approvals. • Import data from external Applications and database. (Import sets/Export) • Creating/Modifying Update sets to move customizations between different systems. • Integrating 3rd party tools/systems (Web Services SOAP/REST, LDAP, JDBC) • Configuring and customizing ServieNow User Interface (UI) • Configuring Event Management (ITOM) to integrate Infrastructure monitoring tools with ServiceNow. • Knowledge on Discovery Module to load Configuration Items and Relationships into Service Now. • Installing and configuring MID Server • Working with ACLs to secure data and applications in ServiceNow. • Investigating performance issues and troubleshooting (system logs) • Coordinating installation of ServiceNow upgrades and/or service packs. • Technical documentation of business requirements and process customizations • Training/Mentoring ServiceNow end users and ITIL users
