I am very proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. I am less proficient in Access, I am proficient at working with a database that has already been established, less so in creating a database. I can also work a help desk and do data entry. I can manage an Oracle database and write queries in Sqlplus for an Oracle database.
