I have found the responsibilities of being a technical team lead very stimulating and inspirational. I have an extensive understanding of how distributed systems integrate with external services and a hands-on, focused approach to complex business requirements. I have experience in prototyping with new technologies to make informed architectural design decisions. I have good communication skills and am able to create an environment that promotes best practice within development teams, alongside utilisation of lightweight systems and functional programming. On completion of my current project, I aim to continue working in the development sector towards my goal of becoming a professional, successful and sought-after technical lead.
