Jotform is an excellent tool to collect information both from the public and inside an organization.  it can be as simple as posting a link for someone to fill out a form and as complicated as an app that employees put on their device to access company information/services.  It can store the information itself or it can integrate and automate with other systems for storage and use like Monday.com and Zapier.  if you desire to incorporate jotform form but don't know how to do it yourself, I would be pleased to speak with you more.

• I would start by having a conversation wtih you about what you're wanting to do and achieve.  I can then make recommendations and provide some direction as to what Jotform can do and what you may need other systems to do in conjunction with Jotform.
• Then I can construct a timetable and goal format for you to review and adjust.
• Once I begin building your platform, you'll get weekly updates and when an element is about 80% complete, you'll be able to see where it's at and make changes.
• I keep working until it's 100% and to your liking.
• Not only will I provide some zoom-based training but also some limited tech support for 2 months post deployment.
