Key Result Areas:

• Working as Tech Lead and managing printing-based MIS, CRM, website, develop, optimization and automation
• Directing the Application Development Lifecycle (SDLC) right from requirement analysis, documentation (functional specifications, technical design), coding and testing (preparation of test cases along with implementation) to maintenance of proposed applications
• Driving application strategy & vision, roadmaps, requirements prioritization, release content management, trade-off decisions, oversight of specifications and development life cycle, release criteria management, strategic partners liaison for development/ releases & so on
• Providing leadership and overall direction for Product Architecture, Design and Releases, in lieu of rapidly changing, highly competitive marketplace
• Managing business strategy & 'big picture' focus for the assigned business unit; ensuring that product owners contribute to the overall product roadmap & portfolio objectives
• Mapping client’s requirements & providing them best solutions involving evaluation & definition of scope of project and finalization of project requirements
• Monitoring projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects while conducting need assessment
• Spearheading project planning & control activities involving planning & scheduling, cost & resource optimization, risk & change management, stakeholder communication and project documentation
• Participating in test case/plan preparation, test design & execution and review of results; gathering and analyzing data in support of use cases, writing test plans and scripts for tracking defects & fixes
• Executing IT Projects based on IT Software Testing encompassing planning, design and compliance with IT quality standards
• Managing program & project progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking necessary steps for ensuring completion within time and effort parameters; ensuring zero defects within time, post production support and knowledge transfer
• Planning & organizing agile meetings, facilitating sprint planning & review meetings, sprint retrospective meetings, sprint backlog, story estimation, daily stand-ups, iteration & release planning and reviews
• Suggesting technology-based solutions for enhancing functional efficiency and achieving business excellence
• Providing IT solutions based on ITIL best practices that focus on the people, process, technology & information perspectives of providing integrated organization wide business solutions within the IT infrastructure
