I am licensed practicing lawyer with 18 years of experience with Masters of Laws (LL.M) and Bachelor of laws (LL.B) in Ethiopian Law.I am active member of Ethiopian Bar. My registration to DC Bar as 'foreign legal consultant' is currently in process and as a same time i am registered to take the bar exam in California. I provide legal consultation service on Ethiopian law pertaining to Family Law, investments,contracts,business organizations and charities and non-profits.I draft legal documents including contracts,wills ,constitutive documents for business organizations as well as non-profits in Amharic and/or English .I translate legal documents from Amharic to English and vice versa.
