I am being involved in IP dispute cases and have won many of them in court. Besides, I had been a Lawyer and Sync & Licensing Manager in Music Publisher and Record Label, which was also a sub-publisher of Universal Music Publishing Group, Sony ATV, and other music publishers. My main job was to represent the publisher, its artists, authors, and international partners during negotiations and at courts/administrative bodies, draft claims, and responsive letters regarding IP infringement. My everyday work also included sending applications for music and other works reproduction cases, drafting sync, master, and other types of licenses, drafting of work-for-hire and copyright assignment contracts, negotiating with major and independent music companies, making MFN deals, building proper and complex applications. During these years I have gained significant experience in negotiating with clients and rightsholders. As for my general legal experience, I had been working in several international companies including British American Tobacco, Bitfury, and PwC. I managed international patent cases ad gained significant experience in the field. Currently, I am also a Publishing & Rights Management Consultant and Music Lawyer in Canada-based media company WKM. Furthermore, I have graduated faculty of Law with the highest GPA (4).
