I am a Romanian qualified lawyer with excellent academic background. I hace graduated from the Faculty of Law, at University of Bucharest, and Post-graduated Study in Banking, Financial and Insurance Law at Nicolae Titulescu University. I have significant experience in corporate, insolvency and litigation, recognition and enforcement proceedings of foreign judgments. I am an experienced trial attorney, having successfully litigated several trials as well as domestic and international, representing local and international clients such as corporations, private equity funds, and banks. My practice focuses mainly on corporate and commercial law dispute and her experience is extensive in corporate governance and international contract law advising prominent local and multinational corporations across various sectors. I am a native Romanian speaker and is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. In my free time I am a travel planner.
