I have over 15 years of experience as a production artist and graphic designer. I have a passion for simple, elegant design, and I'm borderline OCD with attention to detail. My extensive software experience and skills go way, way beyond most with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and more. I know these programs inside-out. I feel I have a unique "dual capability"--unlike many designers I'm not just a visual, designy person, but I'm also a nerd who understands code, file formats, and the intricacies of the software I use. And unlike many programmers I'm a visual person with an art, design and photography background. I not only create beautiful graphics and layouts but I can make them look great in what ever format that's required, from Word to the Web to HTML e-mail to PowerPoint to PDF to Print, to whatever is needed, and I'm willing and able to work with the technical side of a project, like complex masking techniques in Photoshop or coding CSS, Javascript, or ActionScript. Or, taking full advantage of styles for an InDesign template that can make production flow efficient.
