More than 3 years of commercial experience. At the beginning of my career I have been working in a small company in Armenia called ArtCoding (artcoding.org) as a Junior PHP Developer during a year. Then I received an interesting job offer from Moscow and moved there to work. The company was called Dantser (dantser.pro) and was engaged in the development of smart homes. It was a big CRM project, with several subsections (Mail, Business Process, Drive, Hierarchy, CCTV , etc.). I have worked on the subsections Drive (Cloud File Storage) and CCTV , and have added many new functionalities (Webdav Protocol, Live Stream, Creating file storage). Then, unfortunately, the company was closed and I had to find a new job. So I got a new chance to work in one of the largest companies in Russia. The company called Even Foundation is developing the decentralized blockchain platform. I became a leading developer and needed to study Agile methodologies to manage a team. So I conducted Stand-up meetings every day (to clarify questions on tasks), added new tasks on Kanban Board. I also conducted Grooming to actualize tasks every week. Now I am studying Agile courses to become a licensed specialist.
