I am trained in Lean, Innovation, Process Improvement, Process Ownership, Metrics Management, Training Simplification and several other business concepts. I have experience in running Kaizen events for process evaluation and improvement and have several years of experience in training development and process simplification in many different areas within various fields of work. Some of the areas I have worked in include: hospital billing, clinical billing, health insurance benefits verification, software development, marketing, recruiting, insurance sales, food service, clothing sales, and insurance underwriting. I have participated in projects around project prioritization, training standardization, project management, large-scale business transformation efforts, pilot program implementation, post-pilot process implementation, management training, executive leadership collaboration and debriefings, presentation preparation, and various other steps within the business process improvement, change leadership, and project management realm.
