Training Options Six Sigma *Yellow Belt (2 day training) - no prerequisite *Green Belt (10 day training) - pre-approved project required for Certification *Black Belt (20 day training) - Green Belt certification required for class registration. Training will include 10 days DMAIC training. The Black Belt will return in weeks 3 and 4 for a deeper dive into Lean Six Sigma methodology for leading project teams and lean events. "Black Belt certified employees master the application of the Lean Six Sigma method in an outstanding manner and often provide important milestones for the company. Usually they are also innovators within the business."
