Having experience with ten years in abstracting commercial leases, lease administration and lease accounting. Have been interacted wit the client and tenant as well. - Approximately 1,200 commercial, retail and residential leases abstracted. - Approximately 850 commercial leases reconciled for CAM/TAX/Insurance. - Experience working with landlords and tenants. - Approximately 72 properties (approx. 1,200 tenants) Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable processed. - Approximately 20 Properties Bank reconciliation and General ledger prepared. - Software experience includes Yardi, MRI and Microsoft Office.
