Leasing Specialist/Exec. Assistant

As a leasing specialist, use various resources to conduct market research; organizing and conducting market surveys and preparation of related reports, along with utilization of various mapping software; evaluation and negotiation of lease proposals and reporting findings via spreadsheets/reports; providing oversight of the technical evaluations of offers; preparation of the leasing documents and lease files, ensuring quality control; lease administration; preparation of correspondence and financial files. Conducting all aspects of the planning, implementation and tracking of projects.

Handled various administrative duties for executive management, e.g. screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations.

Possess strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
