There are several types and ways to provide legal advice in general, including oral and written advice

A- Oral consultation: It is a verbal consultation that is given through a meeting between the person seeking advice and the legal advisor, during which all papers and documents available to the applicant are reviewed, clarifying questions are asked, and details are examined about the facts so that the advisor has a clear and accurate picture through which he can determine the situation in terms of  Legal and verbally provide a detailed explanation of all possibilities and solutions from a legal point of view

b- Written consultation: the counselor asks his question accurately and provides detailed information and correct data on the subject, along with providing a copy of all papers and documents available to him, and answers clarifying questions if needed.  And the answer and a detailed explanation of the issue according to the law.  Written counseling is better than oral counseling, as the counselor can return to it at any time in case he forgets any of its points.  This is in addition to the possibility of submitting it via e-mail, which facilitates and documents the communication between the counselor and the consultants, regardless of the distance between them
