  1. Performing administrative and ministerial tasks of legal and compliance. Disseminates approved communications and Legal and Compliance’s internal circulars to the employees within the business and/or the client. Updating and monitoring the legal and compliance matrices. While facilitating internal and external administrative communications with the stakeholders and customers.

  2. Monitor the safekeeping of all documents concerning legal and compliance and manage paper and electronic file organization, scanning and copying files, completing binder creation, indexing, coding, and labeling tasks.

  3. Prepare correspondence, schedule project timelines, and facilitate telecommunications to ascertain the accuracy of available details and information in the section’s documents.

  4. Supports the lawyers, including drafting documents, conducting legal research, maintaining and organizing files, and preparing for corporate meetings, trials, and hearings.

  5. Responsible for using electronic database management for electronic discovery related to a trial, such as websites, accounting databases, documents, data, and emails;

  6. Organize, analyze, and compile information; Collect and record exhibits; Develop written statements; Secure affidavits; and

  7. Support attorneys in trials; track and organize files from case documents to facilitate access and availability to attorneys.
