I received a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies from Kaplan University in January 2016. I would like to work as a non-paid freelancer for about 4 months, this will allow me the opportunity to enhance my knowledge and understanding of the demands and complexities that our competitive economy face everyday, whether it’s civil or criminal responsibilities of law, business or personal as well as understanding how the legal team works to resolve issues. As a freelancer, I would like to assist with the preparation of cases; legal research, written memorandums, respond to court orders, review contracts and any other assigned projects that may be beneficial to my career in the legal field. I understand that the legal field is very challenging and you must be thorough, effective and efficient. I am definitely ready for the challenge.
