Experience in aquisition of land for wind and solar projects and legal and regulatory approvals. Drafting of Writs, Plaints, WS and rejoinders, Applications, Replies to notices, Claim notices etc. Preparing case files and documentation. Supporting external counsels and lawfirms in forming strategy of litigation. Coordinating with external counsels for representing the organization's before the courts, tribunals etc. Exposure in filling application for grant of trademark, Patent and filling of trademark opposition, replies to opposition and supporting external firms in documentation and timely renewal of trademarks.
