Visiting and meeting different Government department’s official in Dubai as per the requirement of the clients in order to assist them and resolve the issues. ? Representing the firm in different seminars and enhancing the brand name through participating as the ambassador of the firm. ? Representing the firm in various arbitration matters before DIAC and DIFC. Assisting the Local Lawyers before the arbitration bodies in UAE in the procedural and documentation part of the arbitration. ? Guiding and training the junior members of the firm in any complex matters. Training the interns in various legal procedure of UAE and mainly in to litigation process. ? Holding direct clients conferences and then referring the matter to the respective legal team i.e. either for litigation or mediation.
