POSITION : ACCOUNT & FINANCE ASSISTANT TO THE                  ACCOUNTS  MANAGER 

JOB DESCRIPTION :

⦁    Assisting to finalise accounts in the OBM System for Finance Manager to present to the Finance Chairman.(Data Entry)

⦁    Dealing with the members for their status of accounts

⦁    Finalizing members Food & Beverages Bills (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)

⦁    Updating Billing/Chits  for filing according to Department

⦁    Prepare and send monthly statement  to members on a monthly basis.

⦁    Issuing receipts to members  accordingly

⦁    Updating members outstanding account for sending Reminder.

⦁    Collect payment and finalised before banking(Daily task)

           JOB DESCRIPTION :

⦁    Preparing affiliation card to members  to utilise the facilities at affiliated clubs

⦁    Updating staff attendance monthly board

⦁    Handling/controlling Stationary

⦁    Issuing car stickers and updating them in the system

⦁    Faxing and sending emails/ SMS to members if necessary

⦁    Handling Photocopy / Fax / Franking Machine / Ink & Catridge matter

⦁    Posting letters and pay bills for club expenses( Post, Bank & Billing)


POSITION : IT ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

⦁    Prepare report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, & Yearly) for Managing Director

⦁    Updating report for Supporting Office.

⦁    Monitoring price list

⦁    Affixing labels to the product and keep on changing if necessary

⦁    Monthly posting 

⦁    Manage /handling Cycle count team for sensitive item/ Inventory daily- Prepare sensitive item list and update daily


POSITION : RECEPTIONIST  ( Backup)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

⦁    Receiving calls from members

⦁    Make phone calls to members if there is a information to send out

⦁    Updating members contact numbers

⦁    Handling members and guide affiliated members to use  facilities

⦁    Providing good customer service / PR skills to members.

⦁    Receiving complaints from members and update it before handling over to Membership Department 

⦁    Receiving letters, cheques, notices from Post Service or Couriers.
