MY STORY: Some may say I have "struggled." Others would say I'm "resilient." I say I am simply LIVING. I happen to be living with mental illness, I happen to be living with substance dependencies, and I happen to be living with despite trauma and dysfunctional relationships. 

MY MISSION: To empower other humans to go from struggling to confidently living as their authentic selves. Taking that first step to personal development is hard. My mission is to make that process as welcoming and compassionate as possible through thoughtful guidance based on a blend of personal experience and evidence-based psychology practices.

MY PROCESS: After a free half-hour trial session, I will assess your needs and whether I can meet them in a way that is best for you, your mind, your heart, and your soul. If we are able to connect, I recommend three sessions minimum to begin to really open up to each other. By this point, I will have a good idea of your desired trajectory and possible strategies to help you reach your goals.
