I bring over 10 years of hands-on LMS administration experience across academic and professional training environments. My background includes platform configuration, user lifecycle design and management, structured course architecture, staggered and microlearning delivery models, and customized reporting for different audiences.
I specialize in Axis LMS, where the majority of my administrative experience has been developed. Through this work, I have built deep expertise in user lifecycle strategy, permissions frameworks, and data-driven reporting. The underlying administrative and architectural principles translate effectively across LMS platforms.
