Having completed training as a broker, I would like to gain experience as a Loan Writer. I have experience with Podium but can learn other aggregator software easily (Podium wasn't hard to navigate). I charge $100 per deal for straight forward deals and for complex deals (Family trusts/company's doing the borrowing/multiple securities etc) I charge between $150 and $300 depending on the complexity.
