- Managing network conferences :- attends virtual conferences, generate inquiries
- Agent Onboarding :- agent onboarding from various networks like WCA, JCtrans, Life Logistics, WCA-Pharma, Lognet, Signing the deals
- Key Account Management :- Handling start to end shipments of the clients, Maintaining records of the shipments and rates, handled documentation and billing for the shipment of clients.

- Human Resource Management :- Have worked in Dubai as admin assistant, handled all the HR responsibilities of the company, also handled responsibilities of PA to CEO, hired employees of the company, have taken care of the visa process of new employees.
