As a 3D animator and producer of video projects, my work has helped contribute to the successful sales and marketing of many high profile real estate proects in Philadelphia, PA. For instance, in 2003, I produced a five-minute "virtual tour" which included 3D animation, video and voiceover of the proposed redevelopment of one of Philadelphia's most historice sites, Penn's Landing. Additionally, animation and stills I produced are being used to sell a prominent five-tower comdominium project on Philadelphia's waterfront.
