I am no guru! I am passionate about supporting people that really are ready to do the work for long lasting change. I work in the areas of relationships, leadership, implementing change. I am all about building steps that take out the overwhelm when trying to change something in our life. My coaching is centered around mindset growth and well being as that has to be the base of change. I look at beliefs, thinking styles and perspectives and encourage learning outside of our reality. Before I coach or mentor anyone, I will ask are you ready to dig deeper and learn about yourself first as anything you want to change you must start with yourself first.
